This guide gives you an introduction and example of the Self Empowerment Journey, with step by step instructions on how to use it in your life situation today.

Example Life Situation: Incident at work

An individual asks for acknowledgment in their work and was ignored. The individual becomes emotionally upset, thinks and feels they are not being listened to and physically starts to react, becoming annoyed and losing focus and concentration.

Behaviour changes and as the day progresses, they become even more agitated in spite of later acknowledgment. Why?

The emotional response of initially not being listened to, built up throughout the day. A point was reached on return home, whereby the individual was no longer able to contain emotions and inappropriately releases them verbally with anger towards family and physically lashing out at their pet.

The following day the individual chooses not to go to work, once again impacting both home and work. The cycle continues.

Summary

This incident journeys through all areas of life... it started in Business (incident at work), impacted Health (inner conflict, feelings of annoyance and loss of concentration). On return home impacts Children & Family (verbal release of emotions) and then Animals (lashes out at pet).

Example Life Situation: Applying the Self Empowerment Journey STOPS the cycle.

Regulation: NEGATIVE - Physical/Verbal in anger and day off work. Affects all areas of life.

Empowerment: NO. Lose-Lose in all areas of life.
